Salad for 1 Week


Coleslaw is an excellent source of nutrition and easy to prepare!



Each week we purchase 3 large bags of coleslaw and 2 large bottle of dressing for preparation and serving at Hope Street. The volunteers mix the salad and then divide it up into small 8oz salad bowls to be served with our meal. Any extra salad at the end of the meal is put in containers and sent home with our guests.
